in order for us to complete yourrepair, you will need to supply the followingwith your faulty laptop:
AC Power Adaptor.
Your system bios and Windows passwords.
Original driver disks/cd-roms.
We use professional couriers such as UPS or CITY LINK
Please check upon collection that allnecessary parts are present, and ensure that the laptop is packaged safely and securely for transit. We will be in touch with you and stayin touch with you throughout the repair process, either by email or telephone.
This is ournew service, offering low cost laptop repairs throughout the UK, via our repair by post service.
How Does it works?
1 . Book the repair with us either by phone or the online form.
2 . Package the item securley.
3 . We'll diagnose the fault with your laptop and contact you with parts that are needed and the cost of the parts*.
4 . Once repaired, we'll get you systerm delivered to you repaired and working on a day that suits you..
5 . That's it.
* Please include when posting your laptop for repair, a brief descriptionof the fault, your return address and contact details, please also include any
system/driver recovery disks, and passwords.*
If your laptop is beyond repair from us then you will just need to pay the cost of the courier costs.
